AIR AMBULANCE RACE DAY - Sunday 15th
June 2008
The organisation behind Brands Hatch race circuit along with the Kent Air
Ambulance Trust have launched a joint partnership that will allow the charity's
exhibition unit to attend some of the major events at the race circuit
throughout 2008, including an Air Ambulance Race Day to raise valuable funds
and awareness for the life saving helicopter. In return the Kent Air Ambulance
crew will wear MotorSport Vision patches on their uniforms throughout the
collaboration.
MotorSport Vision Chief Executive, Jonathan Palmer
said at the event launch: "This cause is close to my heart as my son's
life was saved by Kent Air Ambulance when he had a serious accident last year."
This unique partnership will be holding an Air
Ambulance Race Day on 15th June 2008. Charity volunteers, staff and
crew will be on hand to speak to members of the public about the life saving
work the charity undertakes.
